- The UMD AIAA Lounge Has Moved
- Due to a previous arrangement, the UMD AIAA lounge has recently moved from its previous location of 1163 EGL to it current location behind the Aero Design Lab in 1144 EGL (by thet exterior stairs). Click here for a map of the new location. Thanks to all who helped with the move!
- Calling All Artists!!
- With the move of the lounge to its current location in 1144 EGL, AIAA is currently working for permission to paint a large aero-themed mural on the wall outside of the AIAA lounge, between the lounge and the ADL, in the near future.
- Anyone interested in being one of the "artsy" people to design the mural or even to help paint the mural once sketched should come to the general Body meeting on Nov. 12th for further information.
- Announcing the '09-'10 Freshman and Sophomore Class Liaisons
- Congratulations to Elena Shrestha and Grant Barrett of the UMD AE Class of 2012 and to Aaron Hoffman and Mike Hamilton of the UMD AE Class of 2013 in their new capacities as Class Liaisons.
- Class Liaisons are annually elected/appointed to bring increased AIAA visibility to the larger and younger Freshman and Sophomore Classes. Please bring any AIAA ideas, inquiries, or concerns to a Class Liaison as you would another AIAA Officer. Click here for contact info.
